Srinagar, Mar 31 (KNB): In a philanthropic effort by the police, an inverter along with battery was donated by Police Post Bemina to Al Huda Yateem Trust Mansoor Colony Bemina, where about 36 orphans from various districts of Jammu and Kashmir are residing.
Pertinently, It was basic need of the Trust and their long pending requirement.
Locals hailed and appreciated the noble efforts of Police. A local, while talking to Kashmir News Bureau stated, “We appreciate the noble gesture of Bemina Police Post and keeping the concerns of society in mind .The inverter provided to Al Huda Yateem Trust in our area would prove beneficial to the orphan students and help in the smooth functioning of the institution .
We are very pleased with this intiative and hope these gestures are continued.” (KNB)
